No appointment is necessary! Walk-ins are always welcome at our Richmond store. However, booking online helps us prepare for your visit and can reduce wait times.

Most repairs are completed same-day, often within 1–3 hours. Screen replacements and battery replacements are usually done within 30–60 minutes. More complex repairs like motherboard work or water damage recovery may take 24–48 hours.

Yes! All repairs come with a 90-day warranty. If the same issue recurs within 90 days of your repair, bring your device back and we'll fix it at no extra charge.

Absolutely. We respect your privacy completely. Our technicians do not access your personal data during repairs. We always recommend backing up your device before any repair as a precaution.

We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is required upon collection of your repaired device.

We offer a No Fix, No Fee policy. If we're unable to repair your device, you won't be charged for the repair attempt. The diagnosis is always free.
