When booking, tell us your device type, model and the issue you're experiencing. Our team will confirm your appointment and let you know when to bring your device in.

Free Diagnosis
When you bring in your device, our expert technicians will carry out a thorough free diagnosis. We'll assess the issue, identify exactly what's causing the problem, and provide an honest assessment.
We then provide a transparent, fixed price quote before any work begins. You'll never face unexpected charges — if you're not happy with the quote, you're free to walk away with no cost.
If we can't fix your device, you won't pay a penny for the repair work.
What We Check
Expert Repair
Once you approve the quote, our skilled technicians get to work. We use high-quality genuine or premium OEM parts to ensure your device works as good as new.
Most repairs are completed same-day while you wait or within a few hours. For complex repairs like laptop motherboard work, we'll give you an estimated timeframe.
Devices We Repair
Collect Your Device
Once your repair is complete, we'll notify you to come and collect your device. We'll run a full quality check to make sure everything is working perfectly before handing it back.
Every repair comes with our 90-day warranty. If the same issue reoccurs within that period, we'll fix it at no additional cost. We stand behind the quality of our work.
Our repairs come fully warranted. If anything goes wrong with the same issue, bring it back and we'll sort it for free.
